2026 APTA-MS Capitol Day

APTA-Mississippi invites members to attend its 2026 APTA-MS Capitol Day in the Mississippi State Capitol rotunda on January 21, 2026, 8:00AM – 11:00AM.

This is a great opportunity to meet and visit with your local legislators to discuss the role of physical therapy in Mississippi, the impact we have on the community, and legislative issues affecting our professions.  This will notably include our efforts for direct patient access / patient choice.

Legislative advocacy is crucial to the mission of APTA-MS and its members.

Whether you can join us in person or not, please consider contacting your local legislator prior to January 21st.

Not sure who your local legislators are? Look them up here: https://openstates.org/find_your_legislator/

There is no cost to attend.  Click here to register.
